General

• Commission prices are for only non-corporate individuals, if "you" are a company, contact me to make a budget
• Prices are for personal use only (reproduction and non-commercial use), if you want to use it commercially let me know and I'll let you know the value (in general it's 200% the price of personal use)
• Regardless of which use it is, you are not allowed to claim authorship, use it for NFT, used it to train AI
• Resales are not allowed a priori, but if you need or want it, contact me first to discuss about

More specific to commission

• Overall, I serve on a first-come, first-served basis, but it can be modified depending on several factors (deadline, percentage received before, time in communication, etc.) Your order status will be visible on Trello
• Payment by parcel:
• a) 50% before ordering, 50% after finishing.
• b) 30% (before start) draft, 10% (before start) lineart, 10% (before start) base color, 50% after finished
• Payment made will not be refunded, so wait for me to say you can pay before doing so (if comes your time to make your order, and you are no longer interested, it's fine, no hard feelings)
• If you want to cease or pause the order, it is possible:
• if you cease, you will receive the order made so far
• if it pauses, it will be discussed for how long it will remain on hiatus
• The order will have my signature.
• I can put your finished order in the portfolio (if you want NDA, tell me so we discuss about prices)
• Let me know if you have a deadline
• If you want to make a non-standard order unlike those posted on this site, you can ask me and I'll see if I can do it

Commercial use

• On commercial use, order won't have my signature
• Commercial use for Yuçuna (and for non-corporate individuals):
• Merch that will use art made by me
• Cover for buying product (like zine cover, OST cover)
• Digital product made with art made by me
• Non-commercial use for Yuçuna (and for non-corporate individuals):
• Basically if your use doesn't gain direct profit by using my art
• Thumbnail
• Emote
• Membership exclusive content
• Music video (PV, MV, etc)
